she passes!!!

My baby kiln gets full marks for firing, reduction and all round nice shino producer....

So happy with this load of work considering there was quite a bit of pressure to produce a good kiln load for SALA month and she passes!! woohoo!

Settle in it's a good 10 minutes long.... of just about all shino glaze wares and yep teapots!

  5. You must be really excited about the way the kiln performs. All goes to show that great results can come from home made kilns! The flame from the bung when firing looked impressive... is that why you are hiding your eyebrows throughout the video!! :) Good luck with SALA month.

  6. hey peter :)) no im all intact couldn't quite get my head in the picture...the pots were way more interesting!!!

I just need to do a couple of minor adjustments more air for one and fill a couple of gaps around the flue that caused that dunt!!!

  7. Wonderful results! Some very nice work there. Was the one with the spectacular dunt on the bottom shelf? I know some people put flat ware up in the middle if possible.
