new year..new pots...


new year, new pots, new stamps and new handles...


 while contemplating my new clean studio space last week I took some time out to focus and make some new stamps.... while those guys are waiting to be fired I did a wee test run this wkd with some old stamps and new handle dyes...



 and some chattering tests... I have plans to hunt out a few flexi tools for the job.. I hear that old clock springs and even thin hacksaw blades a quite the thing...

    The chattering looks great.The steel straps used for banding freight might be another source of tool material for you.

    howdy C.... yeh just playing with what i have left before the white clay arrives, then the colour test begin!! mmm i do like extruded handles something very uniform about them and you can still manipulate them too...
