I was interested with the glaze overlapping problem as I have had that too with shinos, but only where the shino was over the other glaze. One glaze test I did once blew two enormous connected bubbles when shino was over a tenmoko.. looked, dare I say it, just like a Dolly Parton bra (bless her)!
